Villa Beatrice is situated in a park of 7 hectare with olive trees, oaks, fruit trees where you can take a walk or you can enjoy the swimming pool. Especially for the kids, there is a playground. The proximity of the fortified small towns such as Corinaldo, Mondavio and Urbino, but also the Adriatic Sea with its lively cities and beaches, turns this accommodation into the ideal base to explore the Marche region. Magnolia is a west-facing apartment located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 6 people and it is suitable for disabled people*. This accommodation, overlooking the pool and the garden, is ideal for families with children. This apartment is fitted with air conditioning in all rooms and consists of a living room with a kitchen-dining area, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, microwave, sink, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, dishware and kitchenware, toaster and kettle. In addition, there are also a bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds and a desk, a bathroom with washbasin, shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.
