CHARMING APARTMENT WITH 3 BEDROOMS This spacious and cozy apartment comes with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. It provides space for up to 6 people in the light-filled, cozy rooms. DISTRIBUTION My apartment is located in Gracia, neighbhorhood known for its gastronomy, active / young lifestyle and village feeling. It is a great location for tourists since you will be close to many public transportation but at the same time a bit on the outskirts of the major touristics attractions so you can enjoy calm inside of your accommodation and feel like a local. The family apartment is comfortable and will serve as the perfect home to realx after long days being what and about exploring the city. The large corridor leads you to the living area with integrated dining zone. The modern design of the furnitures of this sapce mix perfectly with a more rustic wooden rectanular dining table. It made think of how Gracia looks like a village with an antique vibe but is located in the middle of vibrant and modern city that is Barcelona. The whole flat is very bright and airy thanks to large casement windows in the bedrooms and common spaces. The L shaped kitchen fully-equipped kitchen is practicle and has every amenities necessary to help you prepare a large range of delicious creations from survival snacks to five course meals. You will also find a laundry unit with washing, drying machine and ironing supplies. During your stay, you will have access to high speed fiber optic internet, baby cot and chair (available upon request). Total space: 80m² The apartment features 3 bedrooms: 1st: Double with a double bed 2st: Double with a double bed 3st: Double with two single beds (can be converted into a double bed) All bedrooms have storage space. The bathroom is a three-quarter bathroom with towels included. It has the best possible location for exploring Barcelona as it is located in the exact center of the city. LOCATION This apartment is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Barcelona - Gracia. The former village, which was integrated into the city in 1897, is a very safe and calm area boasting plenty of small cafés, tapas bars, lovely town squares and distinctive shops to keep you occupied. At the same time, it is directly adjacent to Eixample and just a short walk or 6 min Metro ride from the historic city center where you will find the majority of Barcelona's most famous tourist attractions, including the spectacular architectural buildings of Antonio Gaudi. I will provide you with some personal tips, beyond the typical tourist track, to ensure you have the best stay possible! GETTING AROUND The metro station Fontana (L3) is 5 min away Many bus stops are near the apartment Parc Güell is a 20 min walk away, Diagonal and Turo Parc are 15 min away from the apartment HOUSE RULES Check-in time 17:00 / 5:00 pm Check-out time 11:00 / 11:00 am I do not host groups who are all 25 years of age or younger. If your group is 25 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from me. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation and full charge of your security deposit. All guests entering the apartment at any point during the time of your reservations count as a guest and must be accounted in the reservation. Respect quiet time between 21:00/9pm – 8:00/8am. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors or building management, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be immediately removed from the unit. Parties are not allowed. If this rule is not followed, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be immediately removed from the unit. Written pre-approval from me is needed for any commercial use or special occasions. (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photo shoots, etc.). Failure to inform me in advance will lead to a termination of your reservation and full charge of your security deposit. Please note that this is a smoke-free/ drug-free environment. If any smoking/drugs are detected either within the unit or in the common areas of the building, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be removed from the unit. No pets, please. If any pets are brought inside the unit, the full damage deposit will be collected. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Since 2012, Catalan law requires that every tourist aged 16 and over must pay touristic tax fee. Tax is 4 € + VAT for apartments in Barcelona (4,4€ per person per night) and only applicable to the first 7 nights of stay. National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. We are obliged to issue invoices per each reservation, so we kindly ask you for your home address as this mandatory information to prepare the invoice. Late check in fee; extra 20€ after 20:00 / 8:00 pm, extra 30€ after 22:00 / 10:00 pm, extra 50€ after midnight.
