Close to the most renowned places near the lake, but far enough away to be surprisingly peaceful. The room is located in a house that has just undergone a complete refurbishment. Air conditioning and underfloor heating offer incomparable comfort throughout the year. The room features a double bed, large wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with a massive mirror and make-up artist style lighting, a brand new shower and all the essentials, including fresh towels and hair-dryer. A double bedroom in modern, neutral tones, which adds a splash of vibrancy with an accent of yellow. There is a double bed (linen included), a comfortable wardrobe and a desk with a mini fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool. The bathroom offers a large shower cubicle and the modern washbasin is topped by a large circular mirror with make-up artist lighting. Fluffy towels are provided. The main gate and the building door have a keypad access - code provided at check-in. The room door uses a traditional key. You won't find shops and stores at the doorstep, but the biggest shopping center of the area is just 8 minutes by car. The location is ideal as it allows you to reach the lake in a few minutes, the start of the ascent to Mount Baldo, the Adige valley and the motorway tollbooth of the A22. The cycle path that connects the villages inland passes right in front of the house, allowing you to start your tours directly from the courtyard. The nearest bus stop is a 500m walk away, but I reluctantly advise against relying on public transport given the infrequent service and limited connections. It is essential to have your own means of transport. Check-in time is between 15:00 and 20:00. Check-out time is between 8:00 and 10:00. At check-in you will be asked to pay the city tax, in the amount of €1.50 person/night, excluding children under 14 years old, sick people, disabled people. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Smoking is allowed only outdoors (garden). Thank you. Pets are not allowed.
