Crouse’s North Ninety Lake House

If you want a place where you can be socially distanced, this is the place! (discounts for weekly or monthly stays.) The cabin is set in a 90 acre area surrounded by woods with two small lakes (fishing, walking trails and paddle boating available at no extra charge). There is only one other cabin on the 90 acres. Nearest town, Dixon (3 miles), Madisonville (20 miles, Henderson 21 miles), Evansville, IN (has a regional airport about 35 miles). Truly a relaxing getaway place. Exceptionally nice furnishings. Wi-Fi, 70” TV in great room, TVs in Bedrooms, reclining sectional couch, Dishwasher, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer. Hot tub and Holland Grill on back deck. Front porch, back deck and upstairs deck have comfortable outdoor furniture. Fire pit in back yard. (wood furnished). Huge lighted pavilion available for picnics, weddings, receptions, etc. ( cost extra) Owner lives 1/2 mile away. Rural. Parking no problem! You park right by the cabin. If you like privacy this is the place. Only one other cabin on the 90 acres and my son lives in it. You are coming to the country. Bring food and drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, etc. There are a few small restaurants in the area and Dixon has one grocery Store (Townsend’s) and the Dollar General Store carries groceries. Wi-Fi is available. We have air antennas on the TVs and you can connect to your streaming services. (We have a DVD player and a Red Box kiosk is available at the Dollar General Store in Dixon, KY. )
