Summergrove Weddings are 5 min down the road from here. Award winning Potager Restaurant is only a stone's throw away. We do not segregate people are not vaccinated A fully self contained house, with garage and parking facilities. The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, with an extra toilet and laundry downstairs. There is 2 single beds downstairs and a pull out sofa lounge as well. No access to shed, main house and its facilities. The garage is on the ground floor and the living area is on the first floor. Access via staircase. The house is on a private property and the main house is a stones throw away. If there are any problems or questions, someone will be close at hand to assist. There is an intercom to talk directly to the main house as well. This listing is in the hills overlooking Currumbin and the Gold Coast. In the area there are The Potager garden restaurant, Coffee plantations. Summergrove Wedding and functions centre. Tweed Heads, Coolangatta and Murwillumbah all offer restaurants, beaches, fun parks and much more for holiday fun. There is no public transport to Carool. The house has plenty of parking, including a 2 car garage. Everything you need is within a 20 minute drive. Beautiful Byron Bay is just 45 minutes drive away. Coolangatta 20 minutes away and the Gold Coast 45 minutes. This is a compact and roomy house. We have it set up for 4 people but extras can be accommodated for if requested. It is great for groups or families.
