Allure on Sorrento has 4 generous size bedrooms, 2 full size bathrooms, open tropical living, large resort style heated pool and is fully fenced for privacy. As you walk through the double entry timber doors your holiday will begin. This home was built to capture the cross breezes with a large resort style pool and private Tropical gardens. Allure on Sorrento has 4 generous size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 outdoor shower, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, laundry and in ground resort style pool. This property was built as a family holiday home and we want your family to enjoy their holidays here too. Plenty of room for more than one cook in the kitchen with a central Island bench and all the mod cons you'd have at home. Enjoy the openness of the lounge and dining areas overlooking the tropical gardens and capturing the tropical sea breezes. From the outdoor timber deck next to the pool you will find the BBQ, bench, sink and don't forget the bar fridge, this is where our family love to spend a lazy sunny afternoon. BEDROOM 1 - King bed, air conditioner, ceiling fan, overlooking the pool and garden. BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, also overlooking the pool and outdoor area . BEDROOM 3 - Two single beds, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, looking out to the garden. BEDROOM 4 - Queen bed, air conditioner, looking out onto the front lawn and garden, ceiling fan. GARDEN AREA - outside is a huge relaxing area designed for the family to sit back and relax in peace THE POOL is a large 8 x 4 pool (can be heated for a charge in the winter months $15 per day ) with a seating area at one end. All linen, bath towels & beach towels are provided. Stays over 10 nights receive a mid-stay linen change. Hotel style starter pack consisting of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper in each bathroom. Laundry and kitchen are provided with tea towels, sponge and starter pack for dishes and washing machine .
