It is located near the park and it is by the sea. Beautiful neighbourhood, quite lively as there are a few shops and restaurants around, but in 5min. walk you can find yourself in peaceful places in nature. Right next to the building there is a new scuba diving place next to it the Restaurant Liana which has delicious sea food, meat and big healthy salads. Right next to that, is Stella's Mini market owned by a lovely family, whose owner speaks fluently many many languages! From the balcony you can see Metamorfosi's park with it tall pine trees, and of course the infinite blue of the sea.... As the house is in the centre of the village, everything (the sea, the forest, the beach bar, the park, the shops etc) is walking distance
