Pool, dining, kitchen and open seating area is common area for all guests Dining & seating area, garden, pool. All public area is available for the guest. I live next to the guesthouse, so I can see my guests anytime Nice local neighborhood with still much green & open space Tea & coffee are free daily. No smoking in the bedrooms. Quiet hours : 10pm - 7am. Visitor only at the public area. Pool available at 7am - 7pm. Gate closed at 11 pm. During the covid, minimum stay is 3 days
