We look forward to welcoming guests from all over the world who love our apartment n°1 as much as we do. The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Weserbergland, near the Pied Piper town of Hameln. The apartment is 23 m² in size and is located in an old settlement house. The apartment was renovated by us extensively. It is equipped with a floorboard. The cozy living room is decorated in warm tones, has a french size bed (140 x 200 cm), large wardrobe, secretary, comfortable seating corner with an armchair and table and satellite LED TV. Also we are offering free Wi-fi. The motto is red in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, water cooker and everything you need to cook yourself a good breakfast or a delicious meal. Small but nice is the bathroom. It is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer. Boards for cosmetics etc. is sufficiently available. All rooms have daylight. Possibility of darkening is provided by external blinds. As the initial equipment, we provide our guests with bed linen, towels, tea & coffee and other small amenities for a carefree stay. As our guest, you have sole access to the Apartment n°1 on the ground floor of the house via the house floor. You can also use the washing machine in the communal laundry room in the basement. No problem, we are available by mobile phone, but are also in a few minutes on site and can discuss everything personally. The Apartment n°1 is located in the municipality of Emmerthal, district of Kirchohsen. Kirchohsen is the center of the municipality. Our house is in a quiet side street, but nevertheless in the middle. Everything for a nice breakfast you get around the corner at the baker. To be able to relax after a holiday or work day, it is only a short walk to the indoor pool. The bus connections to Hameln and Bad Pyrmont are good. The stop is just around the corner. The S-Bahn runs half-hourly to Hameln or Bad Pyrmont and hourly to Hannover or Paderborn. We are looking forward to a nice cooperation in the house community.
