The room is in a quirky house, looks like a boat. It is a friendly family house who have many years of experience of running holiday homes. It is close to a beautiful beach (40 yards), picturesque walks both on the beach and nearby downs. Nearby shops, pubs and take aways/restaurants within walking distance. On a bus route to Bognor, Chichester, Littlehampton and beyond. Easy access to Brighton and close by historic towns like Arundel and Chichester. Very close to Goodwood for various events. Good for a single person or couple. Not suitable for children. We serve an awesome English or Continental Breakfast at an extra cost - enquire. Double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom shared by the family. Access to the kitchen to make drinks/coffee/tea and limited access to cooking. Village near the beach. Very safe and close friendly community. Close to a bus route, which will take you to nearby train stations Bognor, Barnham and Littlehampton. Barnham and Littlehampton are on the London route. We live in the house and run our business from home, so hope that you respect our home and do not come in late. Please inform us if you are going to be late.
