Famous town Split (18km), the historical old part and other attractive things for each taste. There is an opportunity to order traditional dinner in local small restaurant Konoba Palacio only 500 m far and the fantastic young chef will surprise you with most tasteful dishes he makes. NOTE: The pool is not in use (it is empty) from November to April (winter). Villa Stožak is fully equipped and very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable holiday including towels and linen for 10 persons (in bed). *The outdoor offers: A private heated pool 8m x 4m, 8 deck chairs, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a TV, WiFi, a Barbecue, a dining area for 10 people, a separate toilet. There is also a grassplot with badminton set, swings for your youngest and some toys. The pool area offers absolute privacy surrounded with green fence. * At the ground floor there is a kitchen and living room with a fireplace (all with direct exit to pool area), flat screen TV with Chromecast, A/C, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances for your cooking skills. There is a spacious Finnish sauna place with freestanding tub, a shower and A/C, A separate toilet. Few steps lower there is an amazing Cinema room with a projector, Play station 4 with some popular games and A/C. *At the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 bigger rooms have there own bathroom). A bedroom No1 with king size bed 180x200cm, a sofa bed, A/C, a terrace and en-suite bathroom with a shower. A Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180x200cm, a single bed 90x200cm, A/C, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom No 3 with king size bed 180x200cm, A/C. Bedroom No 4 with two single beds 90 x 200cm plus a sofa bed 90x200, A/C. There is a Family bathroom for bedroom No3 and No4, with two sinks, a toilet, bidet and a shower. Each room in the house is air-conditioned and have free wifi. There is a secured and free parking lot for 4 cars at the private property. The close area offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling and much more. Experience it all for yourself! Most of them are organized on river Cetina 7km from the house. Omis is approx. 7 km from the holiday home and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance. A lot of great restaurants, bars, best beaches with very clearly see and all just 10 min drive. Town Split is 18 km or less than 30 min driving and also is of cultural importance but there you have a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit and is very alive during the day also evening, so this is a must-see place! On your arrival we will provide a map with all local activities, recommended restaurants, recommended day tours, and other important information, also we can organize unforgettable rafting where you can get a CD with your photos and individual day boat trip to island Brač with its famous beach Zlatni Rat on Bol with the best skippers all to ease your search for your holiday activities. FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY 1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost. 2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home. 3) If for the reasons stated in points 1 and 2 you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked REMARK: • The guest cannot request a refund or a credit voucher for any reason other than the reasons stated above. • If your reservation is made before November 1, 2020, our standard cancellation policy will apply, if your reservation is made between November 1, 2020 and February 10, 2021, our old Covid-19 policy will apply. • If you have made a reservation before November 1, 2020, our standard General Terms and Conditions listed below for cancellation will be applied
