In the summer, a porch in front or back will provide fresh air and cool breezes and a view of the beautifully manicured grounds. Feed the huge catfish in the pond. Sorry no fishing in the pond, but you can fish in the river. A gas grill allows for relaxing outdoor dining. Onsite amenities include tennis court, volleyball area, golfing area, fishing and a very private biking, walking, or jogging paths and stables are available for your horse. And the best part is it is located only 6 blocks from the Animas Valley mall! This home is equipped with a washer/dryer so you need not pack a lot of clothes for an extended stay. In addition to the King bed in the loft there is a pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living area. For your indoor entertainment, there is a flat TV along with a Blu-Ray DVD player. Internet is available to keep up with what's going on in the outside world. Stables are available for rent. Weekly maid service is available at an additional cost. This is a NON-Smoking home!
