The Dry self-catering, quiet, comfy & relaxing

The Dry has off road parking, use of Hot Tub, lounging/dining area, the bedroom has a king size bed, private wc/shower room. Kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, fully equipped, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, Halogen oven, microwave. Above all very Peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, but only a 10/15 min drive from St.ives, Hayle and Penzance You have your own private entrance into this lovely cozy self-catering unit, which is part of our house, you are welcome to use the conservatory and hot tub area which is also shared with my other guests (max 2 people). we are situated within a short 15 min drive of St.ives, Penzance and Hayle, The guest have their own key to access the self-catering unit, so are free to come and go as they please. All guests have shared access to the conservatory and Hot Tub area, which is directly outside the conservatory on the sheltered patio. I try to be around when my guests arrive to say hi and just to let them know I am available if they need any information about the local area. ‘The Dry’ was originally part of the Wheal Sisters tin mine workings, all the tin mine workings had a ‘dry’; this is where the miners, after a long days work, went to wash and get ready to go home, whilst washing they would lay their wet clothes over the warm pipes to dry; hence the name given to the building. This part of the southwest is steeped in tin mining history. In the immediate vicinity besides the historical tin mining buildings, there are beautiful rural country walks with plenty of flora and fauna to see. we are within a 10 min walk of a bus stop and pub! The Dry self-catering has it's own off road parking space, we are down a very quiet country lane with lovely views!
