Soest, tussen 't Gooi & Utrechtse Heuvelrug (huis)

Minimal stay summer 2022:14 nights! The house is a drive-in house. It is spacious with 140M2 of living space. The light living room is on the first floor. At the rear there is a large glass-sliding door to a balcony and stairs to the garden. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has wooden floors and new sound insulating frames. The whole is tastefully and simply furnished. Ground floor is garage for bicycles. Family max 5 pers. 2/3 adults + 2 /3 children, not 5 adults Its very light, with huge windows. It has a green garden and I offer bicycles as an extra. It's location is perfect to discover the whole of the Netherlands, not just Amsterdam (which is only 45 minutes by car) Note: available beds are 2 x 140cm beds (2 persons) and 1 x 90cm bed (1 person) Everywhere Via the telephone I can be reached. I have a complete guide to the surroundings. Soest is a small city (35.000 inhabitants) located in the centre of the Netherlands. Within 5 minutes walk there are 2 supermarkets. The surroundings are famous for it's beautiful historic villages and nature. There are enormous sand-dunes and woods and endless beautiful bicycleroads . It is ideal as a base for bicycling, mountainbiking and walking in the direct surrounding and visit the historic cities Amersfoort (10 minutes) and Utrecht (20 minutes). As it is the center of the Netherlands you can visit Amsterdam in 40 minutes (I drive there everyday), The east (Zwolle, Arnhem et cetera in 60 minutes), The north (groningen, Friesland-lakes) within on-and-a-half hour. The car can be parked on own ground. There are bicycle's available (now 3, but I can arrange more) The train station (Soest-Zuid) is 15 minutes walk. Train to Amsterdam is 45 minutes, train to Utrecht 25 minutes. Amersfoort, 5 minutes by car, 25 minutes by Bike. You can bring a dog. The surroundings of Soest are ideal for dogs, especcially the Soesterduinen which is dog walhalla (if he or she loves other dogs), but no Cats or Hamsters as I am extremely allergic to them. The house comes with complete set of sheets and towels. Cleaning at the end needs to be done in just a basic way.
