Failing to follow this request, may result in eviction and loss of bond. * Kelly, our Murray Darling carpet python, lives in a locked glass enclosure in one of many sitting areas in the homestead. Kelly is a non-venomous python who usually puts on a show, particularly at night! *Chickens & ducks would need to be locked in at dusk and let out in the morning. (there are foxes about!) * On hot days (particularly consecutive days) I will need to come in (at an arranged time) to water the veggie patch and garden *DAMAGES & BREAKAGES You must inform us of any damage or breakages during your stay. All damage and breakages must be paid for. Please contact us for any maintenance issues arising during your stay. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
