You can enjoy the private pool and garden, the rooftop plunge pool and terrace or simply step out to the Vagator beach (8min) or the most sought after restaurants of North Goa, all of which are within a 3km radius (Olive, Sakana, Ciao Bella, Luna's etc). It is located inside a gated community with housekeeping and 24/7 security... Please note that the neighbouring villas are undergoing renovation work and this can cause noise during the day! Hence we have reduced the price of the villa. PRECAUTIONS TAKEN DURING COVID: - Double vaccination certificate OR RTPCR test (taken 48h prior to arrival) required for all adults at the time of check-in. We are a gated community and want to protect you as well as our other residents. - Temperature is taken at the entrance of the property for guests and staff - Sanitizer is offered at the entrance of the property - The staff uses masks THE LOCATION The villa has the Anjuna-Vagator beaches (8 minute drive) on one side and the Ashwem-Morjim beaches on the other. It is surrounded by popular eateries like Ciao Bella, Olive, Baba Au Rhum, Antares, Thalassa and Sakana, all within a radius of 3 km. For cycling enthusiasts, the neighborhoods of Assagao, Badem and Siolim can be explored on bicycles that are available on the property. Water lovers can take the help of our Guest Relations Manager and experience water sports at the nearby beaches. THE SPACE You enter the villa, walk on the beautiful terrazzo tiled floor and reach the wooden deck with swimming pool and garden around it. The ground floor has a guest bedroom, living & dining area and a modern, fully functional kitchen. The staircase to the first floor takes you to the master and guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies where you can sit peacefully and sip your tea/coffee/beer/wine. The rooftop terrace, apart from offering the sounds of chirping birds and ample sea breeze also has a plunge pool. We can accommodate a 7th guest on an additional bed upon request. The villa has a fully functional kitchen in case you would like to walk to the nearby market and cook yourself a gourmet meal. We can also help you organize a cook on call if you would like to be pampered at the villa. Finally, for those who need to remain connected, you will have access to WIFI and TataSky at the villa. HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a minimum gap of 3 nights. VILLA & POOL SIZE Super built-up area: 3013 sq. ft. Carpet area: 2000 sq. ft. Pool Size: 17 ft x 11 ft x 4ft. Rooftop jacuzzi: 6 ft x 4.5 ft x 2 ft. NOTE: For stays of 28 nights or more, avail the monthly discount - The water, Electricity, Laundry of linen & towels and GENSET bills are charged as per the actual bills. We collect Rs. 30,000 security deposit in cash at the time of check-in against these. The full villa will be yours and we have free parking at the premises. You can also borrow the cycles available at the property. You will have at your disposal 1) A property assistant who can help you organise your travel from the airport and give you all relevant contacts for cabs, car rentals, activities, restaurants, etc. Do let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay dates and our team will endeavor it even more special 2) An estate manager for all building related issues 3) 24/7 security guard at the gate 4) Housekeeping staff - they will clean the villa once a day between 10 am and 5 pm You will be right in the between the popular Vagator-Anjuna beaches on one side and Ashvem/ Morjim beaches on the other. Vagator beach and the famous Hill Top night market are only 8 min drive from the villa. Famous eateries like Ciao Bella, Thalassa, Sakana, Olive, Prana Cafe and for dessert lovers, Cream Choc are located within a 3 km radius. Our property assistant can help you with the relevant contacts for cabs or self drive Thar/car/ Royal Enfield bike rental. GROCERIES – if you want groceries to be done prior to your arrival, please let us know the list in advance and we will get it organized for you. During your stay, we will provide you with the number of a delivery service. MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredient and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable). Else, Swiggy delivers to the building. LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the property at that time. Message us 2 days in advance and we will be able to tell you whether it is possible or not.
