This a a 3 bedroom, two bath home located on a lakefront property. Approximately, 25 feet from shore is a diving rock. There is a private beach down the road, with a picnic area, as well as bathrooms. This beach is only open to Island Pond residents and their guests. Echardt Farm is located a few miles away. The Echhardt family has been permitting families to visit their farm for generations. On the farm, there are many types of birds, bunnies, cows and more! There is raw milk, fresh steaks and homemade ice cream for sale as well!! There are hiking trails, antiquing and more
