On a narrow promontory between the sailing and sports boat port of the OstseeResort Olpenitz and the expanse of the Baltic Sea - lies this dreamlike Apartment. It convinces with its direct water position and breathtaking Harbor and Baltic Sea views from the complete living and dining area as well as the Wellness bath with Mausersberger whirlpool. The white sand beach of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz is only about a hundred meters away. On the ground floor there is a spacious, high quality one Box spring bed equipped bedroom. There is a separate one directly adjacent Shower room. The exclusively designed living / dining area leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is high quality and modern. This includes both an induction cooker and a Bora extractor hood integrated in the hob. Through floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, the view glides from the living / dining area over the harbor basin to Schönhagen. A corner fireplace in the living area and the underfloor heating ensure pleasant comfort in every season in the whole apartment. Both the sofa and the dining table chairs are made of high quality leather. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and offers exciting harbor cinema. There are two large deck chairs, two bean bags and a large wooden table with two benches for guests. This can be reached barrier-free via an external access. A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor. A modern interior staircase leads to the first floor. There is a guest toilet and another bedroom in the hallway. All bedrooms can be completely darkened and have high-quality double box spring beds. The wellness bath on the first floor has a floor-level shower and a large free-standing whirlpool from Mauersberger for up to two people. The floor and back jets as well as the ambient light can be adjusted via a control panel on the tub. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a wonderful view of the harbor from the whirlpool. From the bathroom and the bedroom there is direct access to the balcony, which is protected from the wind by glass panes and invites you to linger. On the first floor there is a high quality Finnish solid wood sauna from the Wille brand. This is not only available to relax after a long walk on the beach. This apartment is on two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. The first floor can be reached barrier-free with the elevator via the stairwell as well as via the modern internal staircase. There are two parking spaces in front of the house. In addition, the room “Shell 65” with its own shower bath can be booked if available. You can find a more detailed description on our homepage. Our favorite spot: after a long walk on the beach, take a cozy bath in the whirlpool and enjoy the view of the harbor. This is what vacation should feel like!
