Large comfy room with king bed in lush green area

Hi all, I have a room available in Macleod near Austin hospital. The master bedroom is biggest bedroom in the house. Comes with a super comfy king sized bed, bedside tables, tallboy and tv. Lots of natural light and wardrobe space with direct access into bathroom. REST OF HOUSE: open plan communal dining and lounge area. One bathroom with double vanity, shower and bathtub, separate toilet. House is fully furnished with ducted heating & evaporative cooling. Communal kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven & grill, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils), laundry (with washing machine), veranda and garden areas to sit and relax. Guest can access most common areas with the exception of other guest bedrooms and the garage. I am available by text or you can call me for any emergencies. Otherwise you will see me on occasion when I visit the house. SURROUNDS: Only a 10 min walk to Macleod and Watsonia shops and train stations. Bus stop is literally 1 min walk from the house. Close to Latrobe & RMIT university and Austin hospital. One driveway park available but plenty of off street parking too. We are 1 min walk to the 561 bus and a 10 min walk from Macleod and Watsonia stations. There is one carpark available in the drive way but plenty of off street parking is free and readily available. Whilst I no longer live at the property I visit often and am only a phone call away. I am a environmentally conscience person. Those who choose to stay with me should try to be conservative with water, electricity and gas during their stay. I do recycle and have green waste on the premises so hope my guests will utilise these whilst they reside here. I will provide a towel for my guests however shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is something you will need to bring with you as hthey are not provided. I provide guests with a starter kit of tp (4 rolls) after which you will need to supply more for yourself. If you require the laundry facilities please let me know. It is $2 per wash to use the washing machine. If you require laundry detergent in addition to the wash it becomes $5 per wash for detergent and wash. If you lose your key or lock yourself out requiring a locksmith you will unfortunately be responsible for the locksmith fees or any costs to replace the keys lost or lock replaced. So please try not to lose your key. There are other guests at the house so please be respectful of noise after 9pm. This is a clean and tidy home with a relaxed and quiet environment (not a party-house). So we require guests who are like minded, considerate and respectful.
