Our place is close to Mount Maunganui beach, cafes/bars. 300 metre walk to Omanu Golf Club 2 min drive to Bayfair Mall and Baywave Aquatic Centre. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac with great parking. You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with TV, fabulous bathroom with dual shower and free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The guest area is the entire downstairs of the house. This includes: - large bedroom with king bed, - newly renovated bathroom with double head shower, free standing bath and a continuous hot water gas system. - big lounge with sofa bed, television and DVD - laundry/kitchenette with washing machine, drier, coffee machine, multi function microwave/grill, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, - two covered outdoor decks Access to the downstairs area is available through the front door of the house via the key in the lockbox on the back deck. If we are home, we will be more than happy to assist you with information and help with your travel plans. There are also two mountain bikes which can be loan if we are there. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac with extra parking available in the residents parking area. There is public transport available from Bayfair Mall, which is a 10 minute walk. We love sharing our home with guests & will try our upmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
