Country cottage with private swimming pool

Our cottage has great views, family-friendly activities, local restaurants and dining, art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space. My place is good for families (with kids), couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Plenty of secure parking. Secure fenced garden. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests. We have tried to make this a home from home so there is UK and French TV, around sound, DVD player and DVD's, CD player and CD's. Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, plates, glasses etc for a minimum of 6. We have a cot, highchair, baby bath if required. You will be renting a detached house and private garden of about an acre, the garden is securely fenced so kids and pets will be safe. There are plenty of toys in the pool area and the garden (there are also some in the house). There is a patio with table and chairs for 6, plus a charcoal BBQ. We live next door to the cottage, we are on hand if you need us but other than cleaning the pool and watering the plants (usually done early morning so we do not inconvenience anyone) you would have to come and look for us if you need us. There are fabulous places to visit nearby - there are lots of tourist information in the cottage. people that come for a week often comment that they wish they had booked 2 weeks as there is so much to see and do around here. You will need a car as this is a rural location however we are just half an hour from Le Mans or Laval. Sable Sur Sarthe and Evron are local towns within about 20 mins. The cottage was built in 1534 and people were obviously shorter then so there are some very large low beams in the lounge area. The cottage is on one level so wheelchair access is possible.
