Very spacious 4 bedroom and 3 bath with newly renovated master BR w/ jetted tub,MBR w/ King bed ,2 Bedrooms with Queen beds, plus 1 BR w/ king bed, newly renovated kitchen, DR, LR , spacious family room and breakfast nook , porch and enclosed private pool(not heated) heated $50/d ,small bbq grill in the backyard and sitting area as well on the front yard.filtered water throughout house. Crib is available per request with one time fee $30. 8 adults 2 children under 1 year old, thank you Entire house except mother in law suite, used for storage.there is a separate 2 car garage in the back but it’s locked . It’s also used for storage. Plenty of space to park in the front. This is a 3300 sq foot house, 4 BR/3 bathrooms. Includes master bedroom with a king bed plus a master bathroom with jet tub and separate shower room......Wide entrance which leads to an inviting living room , opposite is the formal dining room . You have your own new private kitchen with all the kitchen supplies, across is the kitchen nook where you can enjoy your breakfast or Have it at the kitchen island ..There is a big family room with reclining sofas, where you and your family / friends can enjoy watching tv. Provided with 75 inches TV. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom with another king bed.There are 3 bathrooms to share . Plus you have your laundry room with board and iron. The front yard has a sitting area as well as at the backyard where there is a small charcoal grill. There is also a swing where you can sit and relax. It’s not handicap accessible .Make sure to keep the switch on at all times the one at bedside corner room facing the street We respect your privacy. You can reach us anytime during your stay . Close to highways I-75 &I-4 and SR 60.and Crosstown expressway. Will take you to downtown Tampa in no time,close to the Brandon Shopping Mall and Town Center,all kinds of restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores like Costco and Sam's club as well as Home Depot and Lowe's are nearby. ..About 15-20 min drive to major theme parks such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and MOSI as well as USF.. Tampa international Airport is 22 min dr away, about 15 min drive to the Florida Aquarium, the Straz Center, Amalie Arena, Channelside, The Children’s Museum, River Walk, Tampa Convention Center, Florida State Fairgrounds, and the Amphitheater. The Brandon hospital is also a very short 5-10 min drive and Tampa General Hospital is about 20 minutes away.A minute away from ice skating rink , miniature golf and indoor skydiving ( I FLY), about 20-24 minutes drive from Hillsborough river state park where you can enjoy fishing,kayaking,canoeing, camping and picnicking. About 28 min drive to Ben T Davis beach, 50 min drive to Clearwater beach according to gps, and an hour or so dr to Disney world and other theme parks. You can drive your own car or have taxi services , Tampa Uber friendly, Lyft as well Paved private circular driveway all the way to the back with plenty of space to park. Front it’s all paved. Enjoy the serenity/ solitude. Limit to 4 cars additional $50/day for heated pool with Minimum of 3 days.. please let us know 24hours before arrival if you need the pool heated. Please do not take anything that is not yours.otherwise it will get charge to you Checking out Please wash all used dishes and pots and pans. Wash all silverware’s and China wares That fits in the dishwasher. Dish soap is provided. Place all dirty towels in the laundry room. Leave all bed covers on the beds.
