A beautiful and traditional town house for up to 12 people recently refurbished and modernised in 2021, 5 bedrooms distributed in 2 floors, 2 bathrooms and pool. Located in the center of Calella only 400 m away from the beach and train station. In the main floor you can find the kitchen with isle-living room-dinner room (open space of 45m2), 2 bedroom (1 bedroom with 1 double bed 150cm and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. It has an 120 square meter backyard with a private salty swimming pool (no artifical chemicals), terrace with artifical grass, barbecue and garden furniture. In the 1st floor you can find 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 160cm and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom wit 2 double beds of 135cm eith air conditioning), and 1 bathroom with bath tube and shower. The house is equipped with many amenities: High-speed WIFI, smart TV in the living room, comfortable furniture, air conditioned in the living room and in two bedrroms. The kitchen is also fully equipped with: a 3 electric range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, and coffee machine. Cradle available upon request. The house is located on the main street, so the heavy traffic can cause some discomfort in the 2 rooms facing the street. We own another house, side by side with this one, also for 12 people and with private pool, so I could accommodate groups up to 24 people. Calella is a town with a huge tradition in tourism, a former fishermen settlement. People from all over Europe get along in Calella’s beaches and narrow streets. There are often music festivals and gastronomic events going on. In the area: Excellent local cuisine, golf, tennis, hiking, fishing, boat outings (Costa Brava).
