Very big room in Designed apt.15 mins to Manhattan

Place is actually better than the pics oppositely many airbnb apartments.,Very big room,15 mins away from Manhattan via 7 train, 5 mins from train (Website hidden by Airbnb) queen bed for 1 or 2 guests,50inc tv,wifi,lightning, modern design all furnitures are brand new+Netflix, access living room with open bar and kitchen,fireplace in living (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a divider curtain in big livingroom feel free to use both parts,one part i use to sleep at night.Overall big plce Your room is really big and it has extra electric heater in the room if need, also you ll have access to living room area. Living room has a cute fireplace and open bar. Drink what you like. Guests can access to the living room area and kitchen off-course. There is a curtain between Kitchen and living room. It is one big living room i have cool fire place and bar in the living room. Also my computer desk is in the living room so if i work on computer late than i sleep on the couch and leave very early. I wont bother you , but usually i take my laptop and leave the whole place to my guests. I m very open person i only want my guests to be free and comfortable. It is my priority. I m very social and interactive with my guests. I help them with anything if they need but I usually prefer to leave the whole place to them so they can feel free to enjoy the living room. I only come at night around 2 am and pull the curtains in living room sleep few hours and leave in the morning, so use the living room however you want, i have a nice comfortable couch everyone fall asleep on it:) I even have an open bar in the living room. I wont mind if you guys have some complementary drinks by the fireplace:) Laundry is right on the corner 30 seconds walk not even a minute, supermarket is about few mins walk but there is a deli on the corner open until 1 am, 24 cvs is also 5- 6 mins walk . especially 7 train is very close 5 mins walk to 40th street station 7 train. This is the best location in Sunnyside. Quiet from the train but also very close to it. Generally parking is a bit hard in sunnyside area but our streets are mostly easier than others. More old people lives in our street so it is quiet and easier to find parking Living room is like a half music studio and we have cool led light design. Feel free to take pics:) there is curtain divider between kitchen and living room, night time when i sleep few hours in living room i use curtain dividers , i come very late and leave very early , you wont even hear me probably so if you need me please just text me i m mostly never home to be honest.
