The Shearer's Quarters is camping meets homestay - an authentic farm experience in the heart of the Cudgegong Valley. Once a home for the shearers who visited the farm for more than 50 years, The Shearer's Quarters is now a cosy cabin with views of the property. It's a unique experience for those looking for a different kind of country getaway. The Shearer's quarters has 6 individual bedrooms, a communal kitchen and living area. The Shearer's Quarters are basic. We advise only hardened travellers should stay in winter months. Guests are welcome to walk in our laneways and picnic in our paddocks. Guests are welcome to have a fire pit in the winter months. Our shearers quarters are 5 kms from Rylstone and 42kms from Mudgee Our accommodation is self catered however, locally sourced antipasto platters, wine and breakfast packages are available.
