A self contained/independent downstairs room

A large room downstairs that is private and independent from the main house for you and family. Perfect resting after that long sightseeing day in the beautiful city of Brisbane. Close to supermarket Coles and approximately 3km walk to large shopping centre "Strathpine" & train station or Woollies. Approximately 22km drive to the City of Brisbane, 27km from the Brisbane airport. We provide you with 1 queen size bed, 2 single beds plus futon/sofa bed comfortable for single adult or two children, family of 4 or 5 up to 6 peoples, a small group of friends or couples. You have your own shower and toilet, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and refrigerator for comfort during your stay. We will leave the key for you so you can access the room if we are not available to welcome you at the time of your arrival, you can check in/check out at a time that suits you as long as no other guest are booked in between, we like our guests to feel at home. If you prefer your privacy, we will respect that and if you have something of concern we will be available as you will have our mobile number. We are located in a friendly suburbia neighbourhood and close to parks for kids to play or just walking and enjoy the beautiful day. There is Bus stops within a 5 minute walk, the Train station is about a 20 minute walk away and a supermarket is just a 10 minute stroll through the park and 8 minute walk to a corner store, bakery, Laundromat. Bus and Trains are available, we are approximately 30 minutes from airport and Brisbane city depend on traffic, free parking is also available at the front of your room.
