Self Contained Studio in Quiet Avenell Heights

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located Studio. Relax in the shaded garden, enjoy the bird song and colourful butterflies as well as the resident green frogs. The studio set back from the road , well shaded from the afternoon sun and comfortable. There is a selection of books and DVD's for your enjoyment. Take a stroll to the local park, local shops or cafe. The studio has an ensuite bathroom with toilet. A separate area with fridge,microwave,kettel and toaster. There are 2 lockable doors one to the front of the studio and one in the kitchennette which leads to the garden area. When required there is a single fold away bed for the use on a child aged 2 to 12 years. We are centrally located for the CBD and shopping centres, a short drive to a selection on beaches. There are a number of open spaces parks and playgrounds in Bundaberg . Borham park a 5 minute walk from the studio has been refurbished and offers a number of play activities for children of all ages including a small bmx track,water play and some exciting play equipment. There is an exercise circuit if you are feeling energetic. Of course Bundaberg famous for it's rum and the Rum distillery offers some great tours and tasting !!! If Gin is your drink then a visit to Kalkie Moon is a must. There are some craft beers on offer in Bundaberg as well. Visit theTurtles at Mon Repos the animals at Alexander Zoo, Train museum and I love Tina berries home made ice cream with so much more on offer . There is so much to see and do in Bundaberg and surrounds. Plenty of free parking , lot's of picnic areas with BBQs. Quiet area walking distance to local supermarket, bottle shop Bakery ,Cafe and Fuel Station. Bus service from the end of the road. Taxi and Uber service available in the area 5minutes walk to local shops and park. 10 minute drive to Shopping Centres and CBD. 15 minutes drive to Airport or Train Station 15 minutes drive to a choice of local safe beaches. 10 minutes drive to sporting clubs. 5 minutes drive to swimming pool ( closed during winter months ) 10 minute drive to Cinema. Bundaberg famous for it's Rum. The Rum factory offer guided tours and tasting. Bundaberg Ginger beer factory offering the same. Hinkler Hall of fame all about Bert Hinkler.
