Larger room with queen bed, desk, chair and 2 shared bathrooms, one with huge tub in beautiful home. Full use of kitchen, BBQ, pool, patios, decks and washer/dryer. Easy access to 101, yet nestled in nature. Located 5 minutes north of Hopland and less than 15 minutes south of Ukiah. Beautiful mountain and vineyard views in a quiet, rural neighborhood. Fun, soulful, creative household with 3 small dogs. We offer 50% off the nightly rate for long term, 30+ days. WiFi and utilities included. There is a smart tv available if you request it but no cable so you would need to have your own Netflix, Hulu account, etc. All utilities and WiFi included. There is also small desk and chair in the room. Access to huge kitchen, pool, living room, plenty of parking. I am usually here to help guests with anything they may need or will be available by phone, text or email. If I am not here an experienced pet/ house sitter will be your host. Country living in the hills of Mendocino County. Easy access to the 101. Closest to the tiny town of Hopland know for the Solar Center as well as several Organic Vineyards. All the homes here are on an acre or more. Some neighbors have chickens and or goats. Beautiful mountain and valley views in all directions. Most of the time it is very quiet and serene. Because there are no streetlights the stargazing here is unbelievable. Guests often see satellites and the space station crossing the night sky. The Milky Way can often be seen right above as a heavenly highway. Nearest bus stop is in Hopland. Nearest airport is Santa Rosa. Most guests leave their room in almost the condition they found it which I appreciate. At least please remove all trash beyond what fits in the small waste paper baskets provided. Thank you!
