Avencas Beach & Garden - Blue Room

A spacious renovated bedroom with a balcony, in a large family house with gorgeous garden. Just 2 minutes from Avencas Beach in Parede. A great holiday location to explore Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra. The room next door, with a double bed is also available but in a separate listing - perfect for groups of four people traveling together. Kinesiology, Crystal dreaming shamanic journeys & chakra balances & Kundalini meditation available on request. For safety, we fallow Airbnb COVID-19 cleaning protocol for each room! You will have a double room with balcony, a table for your computer and space in the war-drop. There is a bathroom to share (with Red room) and a door to close the area for privacy. In the top floor, we have 4 airbnb rooms: Red, Blue, Colourful & White (all available on separate listings) - perfect for groups traveling together or to make new connections. There is a balcony with a table and chairs that you can use, Kitchenette, a fridge and tea station. Colourful and White room share a bathroom & Red and Blue room share another bathroom We ask guest to be considered of all shared spaces so its clean and tidy for all. I will keep an eye and clean as well. I'm a jeweller designer, as well as a 5Rhythms dance teacher and therapist. You are welcome to book a session with me. I work from home so will be available if you need me but happy to give you privacy. Sometimes I will be giving a healing session so it may be best if you message me and I will get back to you when I am free. The neighbourhood is quiet. The road is a no-through road with large family houses. The beach is down the road on the right - Avencas is known for it's healing qualities as it has lots iodo and its good for the bones. The train line from Lisbon (Cais do Sodre) to Cascais has a stop in "Parede". We are 4 minutes walking from the station. A note about the trains: "The journey from Cais do Sodre Station to Cascais takes 30-40 minutes depending on the type of train and can be ridden with the Viva Viagem card. The first trains depart Cascais and Cais do Sodre stations at 5.30am with the last train from both stations at 1.30am. The Cascais train stops only at Alcântara-Mar and Algés. The Oeiras train stops at all stations from Cais do Sodre to Oeiras. between 5.30am-6.50am and after 9pm the Cascais train stops at all stations. Trains run roughly every 10-12 minutes until 9pm after which time they are less frequent. Care should be taken on late night trains and passengers should avoid sitting in empty carriages to avoid any chance of theft. Trains are perfectly safe during the day. Bicycles can be taken on the train for free. I have a cat on the middle floor where I live. The guest rooms are on the top floor and my mom and sister live on the ground floor (and are away in the summer). Cockie and Cocas, two small dogs live with them.
