The property has a sun deck which enjoys spectacular views and sunsets over towards the Great Orme, Llandudno. The cottage is within walking distance of a lovely pub, the Queens Head in Glanwydden, as well as other local walks around the quiet village. Within 15 mins from the towns of Rhos on Sea, Penrhyn Bay, Llandudno, Conwy and Deganwy. A perfect base for exploring North Wales! Ideally located within the village of Bryn Pydew. Situated just a few miles from Conwy, Llandudno, Rhos-on-Sea and Deganwy. The Cottage enjoys spectacular countryside 360 degree views from every window with exceptional sunsets over the Great Orme. I have lived in the village for over 30 years and absolutely love this area. Within half an hour you can visit Anglesey, Snowdonia and Betws y Coed. Bodnant Gardens is within a few miles also which is one of the most spectacular National Trust Gardens in the UK. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is also on your doorstep along with the possibility of venturing into Llandudno and taking the tram or cable car ride up to the summit of The Great Orme. If you love to walk there are many local pathways and hikes in the area to Conwy Mountain or Little/Great Orme. Alternatively you could take a leisurely stroll along the stretch of Llandudno Promenade and one of the largest piers in the country. There is a cosy lounge with log burner, kitchen with large breakfast bar equipped with everything you would need. A large master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, twin room and a family bathroom complete with roll top bath. Sun deck to the rear enjoying spectacular views. Owner lives in the village so will be available to welcome and advise. Bryn Pydew is a semi rural picturesque village. It is very quiet and elevated which enables you to enjoy fabulous 360 degree views. Conwy, Rhos-on-Sea, Llandudno within a few miles. Anglesey, Snowdonia and Betws y Coed within 30 minutes drive. Fabulous Queens Head Pub and Restaurant within walking distance. A car is required to get around but there are plenty of walks from the cottage. Local train station is Llandudno Junction. There is road parking outside the property and further parking a short distance away at the bottom of the hill near the park. The rear garden below the sun deck is fully fenced with slate chippings. Many local shops and supermarkets within a short drive and some great pub restaurants.
