Villa O² is a modern holiday home that blends in comfortably with its rural surroundings offering exceptional views of the sea and mountains. The villa combines a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families with children or a group of friends! Enjoy tranquillity, comfort and luxuriousness in this exquisite and unique villa. Totally isolated but also close to everything the two-storey 340 sq. m. Villa O² stylishly furnished inside and out and it can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 9 people if it is necessary. The Villa is also, energy and water sufficient, as it doesnt get affected by the weather conditions, having its own generator and water tank. - Indoor layout - Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, a satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area which also leads you down to the pool and the garden area through a staircase. From the veranda panoramic exceptional sea and mountain views can be enjoyed through a day. The ground floor also hosts a bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower is also located o the same floor. Reaching the first floor through a staircase there is a hall where the laundry facilities (washing machine / tumble dryer), gym equipment and a sitting area are located. The main bathroom with Jacuzzi is also found on the same floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, the master bedroom has a king bed, a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and the other two bedrooms have a double bed and two bunk beds bed respectively. Furthermore, a semi double bed on the common area can accommodate one more guest if needed. - Outdoor area - The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include: - 50 sq. m. heated private swimming pool. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for entire stay, upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). - Fruit trees garden with variety of fruits such as peach, apple, pear, grape, orange, fig, pomegranate and cherry - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue - Outdoor dining tables for 12 people - Ping pong table - A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, gazebo beds, umbrella and outdoor sofas) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa - Parking space - An outdoor WC next to the pool area The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
