Our home is set in a very quiet,peaceful and safe location.There is plenty of room for you to enjoy your own space.Warm and cosy queen-size bedroom with plenty of storage.WE ALSO HAVE A SINGLE BED AVAILABLE FOR THE ROOM IF REQUIRED FOR A THIRD PERSON AT THE EXTRA PERSON RATE Enjoy your own private lounge with gas fire,large screen tv,Sky TV.You also have use of the kitchen for tea and coffee making. Bottle Lake Forest is only a few minutes walk away and there are several walkways including through to the beach.If you enjoy a round of golf,Waitikiri Golf Course is very close by.New Brighton beach is five minutes away by car or you can take the (Website hidden by Airbnb) a lovely place to take a walk down the Pier and have a coffee,wine or meal at a couple of the cafes overlooking the ocean.If you're into ski-ing Mount Hutt in the Southern Alps is only one and a half hours away by bus or car.There are also several other lovely day trips from Christchurch eg. Hanmer Springs with its' hot thermal pools.We hope that you will enjoy the peacefulness of our neighbourhood and the locality for its closeness to everything as much as we do. We are more than happy to advise you on how to get around.There is a bus stop only two minutes walk away from our home which will take you to the local mall and to bus connections to various other areas of Christchurch including larger shopping centres.We can help you to arrange a car rental if needed. There are many restaurants,cafes,bars,shopping only five minutes away and we live in a great locality for its closeness to the beach,forest and golf course.Burwood Hospital is only two minutes away by car or a five minute walk so our home is very suitable for those needing to be near to it.
