Very Private ground floor unit in a small mid century block Everything you’ll need is provided and close to everything Wollongong has to offer. Walk everywhere. 5 minutes to the beach 5 minutes to the harbour 5 minutes to the CBD and Supermarket 5 minutes to the dining precincts 5 minutes to the free bus 10 minutes to Win Stadium, Beaton Park 10 minutes to Ipac and the town hall Leave the car at home. You’ll have full use of the unit . Laundry, Wifi, Netflix and Stan, stereo, heating and a fan. Just like home but different, it’ll feel like you're on holidays. Big grassed area, clothes lines, balcony and gardens We'll be nearby and only a phone call away if you have any questions. I’m a local and know the area well. You can walk most places, there's 100km of cycle way on your doorstep, free bus and 15 minutes walk to the train station. There are other residents nearby so noisy gatherings will not be tolerated
