No pets and no smoking please. .In case of inclement weather cinemas, leisure centre, shops, trampoline centres, soft play and theatres are in Swansea which is 25 minutes away. Mumbles is a delightful little village on the seafront nearby with independent shops and restaurants. Guests can access front door and hall, sitting/dining room, kitchen, stairs, 3 bedrooms and bathroom Owners live on site and will be available for the duration of your stay. Langland Bay and Caswell Bay are lovely beaches with RNLI lifeguards on duty. Plenty to do for children and adults - rock pools, surfing, paddle boarding swimming etc. Good parking available, ice cream shops, snacks and cafes nearby. Rhossilli Bay, a wonderful surfing destination, is a 1/2 hour drive away. Lovely walks in the Gower - area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Local buses can take you all over the Gower. Nearest railway is in Swansea with frequent trains to the capital Cardiff. Safe parking behind electric gates. Use of garden.
