In the heart of the village of Utting am Ammersee is the holiday home Carin just a few metres from the shore of the lake. The country house has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each and all facing north), one bathroom and 2 additional toilets. It can therefore accommodate 8 people and Wi-Fi is also included. For the small guests of the accommodation there is also a room with a large collection of games as well as an outdoor ping pong table. The spacious garden is beautifully decorated with colorful flowers and is perfect for dreamlike, relaxed days in this quiet area of Upper Bavaria. Enjoy delicious meals in the garden while you hear the calming ripple of the Mühlbach stream in the background. The centre of Utting with a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is 170 m or a 2-minute walk away. The beach with a managed area is only a short walk (550 m or 7 minutes on foot) away - here you can refresh yourself on hot days and spend relaxing holidays! In addition, the train station is only 300 m away and the accommodation is therefore perfectly located to explore various places, lakes and sights in the area. Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A cot is available upon request and is € 25 per stay. A high chair for children is available. Infants (up to their 3rd birthday, for which no full person is booked) cost an additional 16€ per night, which has to be paid on site. Dogs are not allowed.
