This is a 2 bedroom place where you have access to 1 bedroom, and the lounge, bathroom, kitchen and backyard will be shared spaces. Pet friendly property so long as they are not dangerous and are friendly. Enquire within for pet details and pet surcharges. There is a big backyard to relax in and bus stop is a 5 min walk which takes you to the city. Big kitchen is available for cooking, including access to all appliances, cutlery and plates. Open to all types of stays. Your bedroom has a television with a (Hidden by Airbnb) chrome cast so you can watch Netflix/Stan/Amazon/Disney. The WiFi is super fast at 50 mega bits per second and is great for HD streaming of video/games etc or if it’s just for work. You will have a portable fan in your room for those warm summer nights. And you will have a study desk and office chair as well. You also have access to my fancy barista expresso coffee machine for all you coffee lovers out there, with top quality beans that I import from Melbourne. You also have access to a wide variety of high quality T2 teas, including loose leaf and tea bags as well. It’s a 2 min drive to the main shopping centre, Belconnen mall and close to Coles and Woolworths. Only a 10 min drive to Canberra City Civic and 5 min to the lovely Lake Gininderra. It’s opposite an oval so you’ll have a lovely view and if you need to do exercise you are free to use it. Firepit (see last pic) is available in the backyard for those cold Canberra nights as well as marshmallows too. Free parking on right hand side of letterbox. All areas of the property are accessible to guests except my bedroom. I’m open to all questions and considerations and love to chat to my guests about anything they may need to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Great leafy green suburb right opposite an oval and great walking/running tracks. Shops are only a 2 min drive and is only about 12 min to the city of Canberra Parking is available on left hand side of carport. There is a bus stop which takes you to the Canberra city, university of Canberra, ANU and is only 5 min walk from the stay.
