The Villa is in a resort complex. It is close to the sea with resort pool and big Gazebo for entertainning. You have use of all the resort facilities. It is fully furnished and airconditioned. The villa is a superior villa it is fully self contained having its own washing machine and dryer and a smart TV and a full kitchen fit out unlike the ones managed by the resort which have only a standard fit out. It is seperately managed from the resort, also the resort has no Restaurant or shop on site, the villas however are fully self contained and shops are only a short drive from the villa. There is ample parking available include for boat/trailer. I am available during the day to be contacted for any questions and have an agent on location who can assist if required. It is a quit idyllic place away from all the hustle an bustle of town, you can sit and relax at the pool, watch the sunshine on the beach front, great for fishing, there is a boat launch nearby as you are at a river estuary. Own vehicle is recommended, there is no public transport, however you can get around on bycicles as the town and shops are only 5km away. There are lots of sporting facilities nearby.
