Admiralty Park is just ten minutes by walk. HK Convention Centre is in Wanchai, and is accessible by route no. 40. My space is big and spacious, a rare find in Hong Kong. Independent spacious room, with an attached toilet. Have a nice quiet dining area. Big spacious living room. Guests can access free wifi. Can use kitchen, if need be. Can help them to settle in, can guide them around and if time permitting, can show them around. Can share home cooked food, if cooking for self. Just 5 minutes walk and you are in Soho area, consisting of restaurants, cafés, bars. Another 5 minutes of walk, downhill will bring you to Hollywood Road, full of galleries, bars, restaurants. Further 5 minutes of walk will bring you to LKF, where you can experience the night life of Hong Kong. Very very convenient. Can walk down to Central Mtr station within twenty minutes . Can take route no. 12M to admiralty, 40 to wanchai, and 23 to Causeway Bay/ North Point. From the airport, can take airport express to central station, costs hkd 110, one way. From central station can take a taxi to my place, will cost hkd 45 maximum. Taxi charges hkd 6.00 per piece for boot space. Strictly no smoking. No seafood, no pork, no drugs, no alcohol, no invitees. No loud music. No late nights. Strict house rules.
