Welcome to Little Greenhayes ~ A fully self contained 2 bedroom Annexe to my home in the beautiful Devon countryside in Ham, one mile from the village of Dalwood, and within easy reach of the town of Axminster. Conveniently situated on the borders of Devon, Dorset and Somerset close to the Jurassic coastline in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Sleeps 4 (3 adults max) (1 double, 1 Single + 1 folding guest best on request). Folding bed suitable for child. Free Wi-Fi. Parking for 1 car. Attached to my own home and set in large grounds within a peaceful, rural haven, this cottage is perfect for a couple or small family and provides an ideal base for enjoying country walks along the lanes, woods and riverside in this beautiful part of Devon. The coast is only a twenty minute drive from this cottage and there are several resorts worth visiting, including Lyme Regis, Beer and Sidmouth. The City of Exeter and Market Town of Taunton are also both easily accessible. Little Greenhayes has two lovely bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single, with a folding single guest bed available on request. There is a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. The cosy and comfortable living space offers spectacular countryside views and is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, relax and rewind after a day out. If you prefer, it is only a short walk from Little Greenhayes to the nearest village pub, an old thatched inn which serves excellent food. The property has it's own private front door to the side of the property and outside patio/court yard space with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors. We appreciate our guests' privacy but we are always happy to help out or give local advice if needed. Little Greenhayes is in the heart of the beautiful Devon Countryside. There is no nearby public transport and you will need your own vehicle to get around. Please also note, that you will have to drive down some narrow lanes to reach us. There is free guest parking for 1 car to the front of the property.
