Spacious house with kitchen near Paliton beach

The house is NOT air-conditioned but the temperature is cool inside. A hybrid house located in Tambisan, San Juan, an area in Siquijor province where the famous beautiful beaches and the best bars are just a few kilometers away. The interior features a minimalist design that makes it spacious. Hybrid house -- half concrete and half "kumbal." Kumbal is used in traditional houses for walling purposes. It helps make the temperature within the house cooler. My house is surrounded by trees and plants. Guest have full access of the whole house. They can also use the laundry area and the clothesline outside. They can also use my outdoor kitchen for light cooking. I usually interact with my guests giving them tips and directions. I also offer tours to solo travelers. I can be reached via Airbnb messaging. A very safe and friendly neighborhood. Motorbike is available for rent: P300 per day If you're traveling alone and you need a guide, I can be your guide and photographer. Since this is a traditional community, you may hear occasional rosary prayers at dawn; and also potential karaoke noise from afar which always stops around 9:30pm. My house is near the school and beside the road, you may hear lively childrens laughing. And there are chickens too. :)
