****COVID19: THE HOUSE WILL BE EMPTY THE NIGHT BEFORE AND AFTER A RESERVATION AND WILL BE CLEANED VERY CAUSIOUSLY**** It's a 2-floor house that offers everything that you need for your vacation. The sea is about 2' by car and the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki are in a very short distance, about 10'(the nearest)-45'(the farest). It's also 5 minutes driving distance from Nikiti, the famous village for its night life, bars and restaurants. Full-furnished, 2 bedrooms, 6 beds and 2 sofas(3-seat, can be used as beds), 2 bathrooms and a very large pretty courtyard(1.500m2) for the pleasure of both children and adults. The kitchen is renovated(in 2020) with built-in washing-mashine and dishwasher, and also has an oven and a fridge. There is also no worries for parking(3 parking slots and plenty room on the road).
