Malovanka private close to the Prague Castle

The 65 m2 apartment consists of two rooms with kitchen, bathroom and a balcony overlooking the park. It is located on the elevated ground floor of a newly renovated house. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, electric kettle, microwave, and dishes. In the cleaning room, there is a washing machine, a second WC, an iron with a board and utensils. Visitors from all countries are welcomed. A double bed is in separated bedroom connected to the bathroom. A davenport in the living room provides additional twin bed (new, comfortable). The Space is ideal for 2 but unlimited for up to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary stuff for cooking allowing you to prepare your own meals if you would like to. The eating table has four chairs where you can sit together for a meal or also for playing table games or to work on your laptop. The balcony is spaced enough for spending some rest at the chairs outside with a view of the green scenery of the park. The apartment is accessible by public transport from the city center by tram and from the airport by a taxi. Generally, it takes 15 - 30 minutes to get anywhere to the centre of Prague by public transport. I or my husband will welcome you at the apartment in time you announce us before your arrival. You get the keys from the flat and the house and basic description of the equipment. In case you have some questions, do not hesitate to contact me! I am accessible on my telephone for the talk or SMS message anytime during your stay. Also, when you leave I can be there in time you indicate to assist you with departure and getting keys. If you need to depart extremely early you can leave the keys in my post box at the corridor in the house. Several historical sites are really behind a corner in 15 min walking distance: Prague Castle with St Vít Cathedral, Loreta church giving bells melody every hour or Strahov Monastery with old monument library keeping books from the middle ages. Petrin hill offering a nice view of the Prague panorama from the shrink copy of the Eiffel tower is reachable in easy half-hour walk. A cable railway leads along the slope of the hill to the Vltava river level. Besides history, leisure places are in the vicinity as well, including beach volleyball or fitness center at the Strahov area. Jogging activities and roller-skating, cycling are possible at the large Ladronka park. Housing is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the park. The tram stop is a 5-minute modest downhill walk across the park. The nearest restaurant is within 5 min walk at Na Závěrce. It is a local restaurant offering Czech cuisine and ordinary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is a possibility of sitting in the garden. A pizzeria is on the next corner on the Bělohorska street. Just across the tram rails, there is Moje Kredenc bistro offering two to three simple meals, soups, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, desserts, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It has an own bakery with daily fresh sweet and savory pastries. A restaurant offering a lunch menu is also at the tram stop. Additionally, a self-service grocery store with basic goods is located in the opposite block of houses. When you arrive by car you can park on the street in front of the house only during weekends. During working days the place indicated by a blue line on the street is reserved for paying residents only. Free parking possibilities are about 300 m further along the street uphill.
