R3500 per day It has 3 bedrooms. one large, upstairs, with dressing room, bathroom and small private lounge, all with beautiful view. This room has a King size bed and is air conditioned. The second bedroom is downstairs. It is a large airy double room with a Queen size bed, - a partial partition - and a Double bed. Leads out to the pool area. The third bedroom has 4 bunk beds -- ideal for kids and teenagers. The downstairs bathroom is large with huge bath and shower etc. Spacious, airy and tastefully appointed open plan lounge with honesty library . Fully equipped kitchen& 8 seater dining area all lead out onto a covered patio and deep pool ( which will be netted on request) with barbecue facilities. There is safe parking for two cars. SERVICED ON NORMAL WEEKDAYS. We are 2 minutes by car from the lovely beaches , the village( for supplies) and 5 of the best Restaurants. 10 minutes from King Shaka Airport and UmhlangaRocks as well as Ballito . ALL THIS WITH ONLY THE MAGNIFICENT INDIAN OCEAN AND ALL ITS DELIGHTS AS YOUR VIEW!!!! Our guests have all commented on the friendly relaxed home from home feeling they have when staying here. We are also VERY RESPECTFUL of your PRIVACY but really enjoy sharing our little piece of heaven with FRIENDLY, QUIET, RESPECTFUL people!!! NOT A PARTY HOUSE 23-28December available as a 6day booking at R3500 a day We are in a very lovely leafy road which has speed control humps and as you cruise to and from the house you will always come across monkeys and often mongoose and guinea fowl and buck. It is a great road to take a walk or a run. Great cycling and stables close by. We are attached to 2 patrolling security companies dedicated to our road and have remotely controlled gates. The village and the beach are a 2 minute drive From June to September you will very likely see Whales and Dolphins all year round. Umhlanga Rocks, just 10 minutes drive away, is a hub of restaurants, supermarkets and anything else you may need. Peace and Tranquility are the order of the day. We have neighbours in close proximity so noise levels need to be respected at all times. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE There is no public transport so you do need a car or have access to Uber It is okay to walk to the beach and village - about a 40 minute walk. We love having kids around and have a camp cot and stair guards and will fit the pool net with pleasure, on request. We do not allow pets as we have our own loving" Piper" who does not Take kindly to being upstaged We have free wifi - it is uncapped but sometimes a bit up and down- fine with a little patience Please note that 6 adults and a couple kids is comfortable. Any additional people will be charged R500 per day per person as well as any additional guest, over and above the number booked and requested for.
