Underground Stations (short walk): Covent Garden, Holborn and Tottenham Court Road What you will love about being located in Covent Garden is the fact that you are situated between 6 fantastic must see areas of central London - Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfair, and St James's You'll be in the heart of London with best shops, hotel lounges, famous restaurants, beautifulp cafes, exciting bars, museums, theatres and other entertainments, all within walking distance. There is no need to use public transport. The area, just like most London, is a contrast of the old and the new. Original residential buildings of original architecture contrasted with modern offices, new shops and luxurious hotels. London Underground/ tube runs 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays (selected lines) You can walk everywhere! Exclusive use of this apartment with all that you need for your trip. Located in an authentic apartment building. Access to the building through a secure street/front door into a communal staircase. There are two rooms (bedrooms), bathroom, kitchen, terrace/patio, hall area. No other spaces/rooms. One double bed (in bedroom 1) One double sofa bed with extra thick layer of memory foam, making it feel like a standard bed (in bedroom 2). Single folding bed (with a standard, comfortable single mattress) available if requested Bedroom 1 double bed that converts into sofa folding single bed table + chairs bed linens mirrors floor lamp TV Bedroom 2 double bed bed lamps bed linens table + chairs mirror KITCHEN: microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, tea/coffee/sugar, coffee maker (French Press Cafetiere), pots, plates, glasses, cutlery & other essentials BATHROOM shower (60x60cm base, width x length, not big in size), wash basin, toilet, wooden floors and tiled walls, hairdryers, towels, No separate living room I LIVE IN THE BUILDING so I will be on hand to help you with anything you need during your stay. London Underground/ tube runs 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays (selected lines) You can walk anywhere! 1) Please activate Airbnb sms/text notifications on your profile so all my messages are sent via sms to your phone while you are in London if you have no access to internet/Airbnb app. 2)Please note that I am very flexible when it comes to your arrival and departure as long as you inform me about your plans/changes in advance. I hope you understand that as I have other commitments, such as a job and other Airbnb listings, to manage my time I kindly ask you to confirm your check in time at least 7 days before your arrival. If your arrival time changes after that, please contact me to organise new check in arrangements. 3)When doing a self check out, leave keys inside the apartment. 4)Babies under age of two are considered paying guests which will add extra guest fee after the booking of twenty pounds. If you want to add guests after booking is confirmed, twenty pounds charge will be added per each additional guest per night in addition to any applicable extra guest charges so please add correct number of guests at the time of making reservation to avoid extra charges (post reservation admin fee) 5)If you want to use the cooker (stove, oven), access is subject to host's discretion and additional fee of one hundred pounds payable before your trip starts. This fee will be fully (or partially) refunded after your check out, depending if there are no burns, smells, stains, other damages or issues following your use of the cooker. In addition there is a daily charge of ten pounds to use the cooker to keep my price lower for those who do not need to use stove/oven. 6)Bag drop off/storage subject to availability. Adding extra guests after booking will add a charge of fifty pounds per guest per night, regardless how many guests you originally booked for, so please ensure correct number of guests are added when you book. Removing guests from the booking will not discount the price. 7)I do not charge cleaning fee to keep my price low for you. Please clean the listing before check out to the same state as on check in. 8) Pictures of the shared terrace do not reflect its current state- flooring is now dark grey 10) For avoidance of doubt when referring to "host's final payout" I mean an actual updated amount/payout I receive after any fees, deductions or cancellation refunds that may reduce the original payout that would have been received by me. When referring to 'if someone stays in the listing' it means a guest who a) books the listing, b) comes to the listing on check in day, c) stays in the listing until check out day. For avoidance of doubt, when referring to ‘Complete Refund’, for example when saying ‘I can offer you Complete Refund’, definition of Complete Refund is as follows: amount not refunded by Airbnb when you cancel your Booking following cancellation policy after deducting Compensation Fee and Airbnb service fees. Compensation Fee will be 50% of the Total Price paid by you for your Booking. Terms ‘’Total Price’’, ‘’cancellation policy’ and ‘’Booking’’ are defined in Airbnb Terms of Service, section 2. Searching and Booking on Airbnb., under Guest Terms. If Compensation Fee equals to or is greater than the amount nor refunded by Airbnb following cancellation policy, amount of Complete Refund will be nil and you will not be refunded anything. Airbnb’s service fees can only be refunded by Airbnb (reservations aft (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Safety tip: Airbnb apartment can be a target for burglars. For safety of your belongings, if anyone asks who you are I recommend not confirming you are Airbnb guests. You do not need to answer to strangers. Someone who may look like a neighbour may be a person looking for empty apartments. Also my neighbours do not like being asked questions so please respect them by not discussing your booking with anyone. Of course it is your discretion to follow this tip. Please choose preferred Check in: Option 1. Meeting me at agreed time at the property to collect keys. Please confirm arrival time at least 3 days in advance or you will be asked to check in as per Option 2. Option 2. Self Check-in. If you are unsure about arrival time, want to drop bags early or are late to meet me you can self check in for a fee (minimum £9). Check in instructions will be sent on Airbnb chat after booking.
