The apartment is on the ground floor with a spacious garden of approx. 120 square meters in a south-east orientation. The apartment was extensively renovated and luxuriously furnished with designer furniture. In the entire living area, high-quality parquet floors ensure a comfortable living environment and a visually appealing design. All apartment doors have been replaced and are white to round off the appearance of the rooms. In the living room there is a high-quality sofa bed that can be pulled out into a comfortable bed in a few seconds. Each residential unit impresses with its ultra-modern, white / gray bathroom with a spacious shower, free-hanging vanity, a mirror cabinet and a rimless toilet.
