Lovely & Sunny Brand New 1 Bed Apartment (2.5 Zimmer) on the 4th floor of Stenna Vallada facing South East. Ski-in/ski-out: Arena Express and the Foppa 3-person chairlift are right outside the door. This is the direct route to the on&off piste paradise of Flims - Laax - Falera in winter, and to the extensive network of footpaths and mountain bike trails for the rest of the year. The apt is at the doorstep of Stenna Shopping center with several amenities (Coop, Pharmacy, Restaurants, etc) The apartment has 1 big bedroom, 1 bathroom, open space Kitchen and living area as you can see from the Pics. The Brand new Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils (oven, dish washer, nespresso coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster and so on). Living Space has a sofa bed ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) inch TV & Wifi. TV has Netflix, Zatoo and YouTube app and you can use the guest profile - you can also add additional app if you like. Bathroom has all what you need, including the washing machine, hairdryer, towels and so on. Bedroom comes with a King Size European bed (160cm x 200cm), a large closet and drawers. PLS NOTE: I keep my personal belongings in the flat (ie clothes, toiletries or dry food). I do provide towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and body cream. You can access the skiroom based on the ground floor - Ski room can be accessed both from outside and inside the building. pls note that ski boots aren't allowed in the apartment or building in general. I am available before and during your stay, via phone, email, SMS and (Hidden by Airbnb) , for any question or request you might have. I will do my best to answer within 1/2 hours. Staying in STENNA Vallada means relaxing with everything your heart could desire: shops to meet your everyday needs open seven days a week (winter season), a choice of restaurants, Kindercity and numerous other leisure opportunities just outside the front door. And STENNA shopping centre also has a kiosk, a medical centre and a pharmacy for you to use at any time. And, last but by no means least: in the morning you can get on the Arena Express right outside the apartment building and go straight up to the skiing and hiking area. Then after a great day's skiing you can swing back down just outside your apartment - ski-in/ski-out, it's so easy! There are a total of five restaurants and bars looking forward to welcoming you. During the day, you'll therefore find a wide range of frequently changing regional and seasonal dishes. And in the evening, the gourmet restaurant will treat you to delicious specialities from the grill or stylishly prepared regional dishes. And, of course, you can always have a stroll around in the village of Flims where you will find a variety of restaurants all within walking distance PLS Note that the Apartment is less than 50mt from Flims Bergbahnen and the Apres Ski places (Legna & Tenda Bar). The slope that takes you down to Flims ends 5mt away from the Building.
