Budget Transient House Vigan City (MJ3)

As our desire to cater more travellers visiting Ilocos Sur particulary Vigan City , we have open a new 2 storey transient house that could accomodate large groups of 15, suitable for family reunions or barkadas. It just beside our other transient house 8 mins drive to Crisologo St and Vigan Plaza. Where comfort doesnt have to be expensive. PROPERTIES /VANDALISM Considered MJ’s Transient House as your second home while you are in Vigan City, please respect it like it's your own house. Intentionally destroying/damaging things inside the premise will be dealt accordingly with reimbursement /payment. There will consideration if Guest will be honest rather than hiding broken things inside the house .Accident happens. Everything inside the House are intended for the guest to use. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE/BEDROOMS OR BATHROOMS KEEPING THE NOISE DOWN -- We respect your right to enjoy and have fun ; however, there are other guests that may not appreciate extra volume. We have a very peaceful neighborhood. Cleanliness – All units are provided with own trash cans. In case that you have large stuff to throw away talk to us and we will help you take care of it. Kitchen & Dining – After using “ CLEAN AS YOU GO”. We provide diswashing soap and cleaning towels for usage. BEDROOMS – Avoid bringing /eating food inside bedrooms to avoid attracting insects and cockroaches.. TURN OFF UNUSED LIGHTS and ELECTRIC DEVICES – Although usage of electrical devices is included in your stay, we urge you to help us keep the place environmental friendly and save energy when going out. This will also prevent any accidental fire caused by over-heating or faulty wiring. Water is precious - Water is free to use inside the premise however, we ask you to help us conserve precious water. The HOST do not have the right to enter in the rented House during the absence of the Guests, except to stop damages or a danger occurring in the House. In this case they have to inform the guests about it as soon as they come back at the accommodation. If the owners have any reason to believe that house rules are violated, the guests have to let them enter in the accommodation in order to check the situation. Souvenirs - Items inside the premise are not for souvenirs; there are a lot of shops to get real stuff to bring home. Ask the Host, they can suggest you some places to buy cool items. Settle your bills early - To avoid delays in you departure, please settle your bills early so we can help you out with any issues, should there be any. In case of Early Dawn check outs, please inform the host in advance ,do same also as for regular check outs. Please don’t hesitate to communicate with us within proper time.
