Our property is located in the prestigious Racquet Club, at Scottsdale Ranch, a secure gated community with all the amenities. The Racquet Club offers tennis, Pickle Ball, swimming, fully equipped exercise room, an on site tennis pro, activity director, beautiful club house, a full activity list for those who want to stay busy. Our condo has been recently redecorated, a contemporary feel with a twist of country/southwest. All the appliances are stainless steel, granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom, a beautiful granite counter top buffet in the dining area, great for entertaining, electric BBQ on the deck, with seating for 4 guests, beautiful views of the Scottsdale mountain range. All linens are available, fully stocked kitchen. We are minutes from tennis, hiking, biking, golf, swimming, shopping and more. This rental is a minimum 30 day rental, and is a "no smoking" unit. We recently updated the floors in the bedroom, and have upgraded the cabinet doors in the kitchen, new light fixtures in kitchen, bar area and dining area. New Couch and new arm chair.
