This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom characteristic home has everything to offer. With its cathedral style ceilings it is the perfect place to relax or have a quiet evening. Located on a quite little street, close to public transport, and eateries. Cathedral style ceilings, tiled floors throughout, large backyard, under cover car parking space, plenty of space. Close to Werribee Zoo, Werribee Mansion, Racecourse, Equestrian Centre, Wyndham Harbour or beaches, great place to start or finish The Great Ocean Road trip, Avalon Airport, Wineries and shopping centres. Perfect for single travelers, couples, business people, visiting family or friends, people attending conferences in Geelong, events in the local area, City or the Werribee Uni Vet Clinic. There are two medium to large dogs and one cat that live on the property. All are house trained and very well behaved as I am also a dog trainer. Tea & coffee, sugar, cooking oil, tomato sauce, salt & pepper will be supplied. Guests will have access to their Bedroom (key lock entry) and Bathroom, Laundry, Kitchen, Office (if required for study or business), Loungeroom, Dining Area, Backyard, Driveway Parking Space Guests will not have access to other bedrooms. I do live at the property, so I will be there to meet and greet you and give you the keys. But I am not the kind of person that is in your hair. More than happy to show you around, have a conversation or answer any questions you may have to be as helpful as possible. European style board games are available and are one of my hobbies. If you would like to play a game or two and socialise, I'm more than happy to teach. The property is on a quite street and the neighbours are very nice. Mainly young families and retirees. There is public transport all around including buses, trains and Uber. To get here from the airport you can catch the Skybus to Werribee RSL then bus or Uber from there. Uber from airport will be about $50-60 at a guess. I have two rooms that are available to guests so you may need to share the bathroom with others. Unfortunately a minority of guests think that what I charge as a cleaning fee means that I will clean up after them throughout their stay. This is not the case as this is not a hotel, the house and rooms will be clean and ready for your arrival but under no circumstances will I be cleaning up after you. Please keep all common areas and shared areas the way you find them when you arrive as other guests will need to use them as needed. Thankyou
