Country escapes, weekend vibes, retreats, family gatherings, corporate team building, midweek / weekend seminars, we love sharing the magic of Attunga K.V. with all our guests. Attunga K.V sits majestically upon the base of the Southern Highlands Range, 150 acres of lush green Australian Rainforest set high above Kangaroo Valley which presents you with breathtaking uninterrupted views from every direction. Two wild origin rivers are home to Native Platypus and run through the centre of the rolling hill side. Fresh water springs flows up from the earth, wombats, kangaroos, rock wallabies & lyrebirds roam around the Homestead at dawn & dusk whilst the vast array of bird life surround you with hymns of nature. Pull on your gumboots, grab a picnic lunch and explore the great outdoors. At the end of the day cook up a feast at our "Entertainers Barn" while the girls enjoy a sneaky cocktail under the "Vine Dine" then set the night alight with our outdoor fire-pit as you star gaze and sip Champagne. ATTUNGA COMPLIMENTARY BUTLER SERVICE-NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS Your personal Butler comes completely trained to deliver you the absolute best service for your enjoyment & relaxation. Attunga Butlers are able to assist with table setting, drink & food service during your dinner, lighting of the indoor & outdoor fires, clean up prior, during and after your meal, lighting of the pizza oven and any other light duties which you may require. Attunga Butlers are full time employees of the Attunga Group and come with police clearances, working with children checks, RSA and a privacy disclosure contract to ensure absolute privacy and discretion. Attunga Butler Service is Saturday evening 5pm to 9pm only. ATTUNGA K.V. SPACES ATTUNGA KV HOMESTEAD BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: one king bed Bedroom 2: one king bed Bedroom 3: one king bed Bedroom 4: 2 king single bunk beds sleeps 4 MAIN HOMESTEAD LOUNGE AREA The main lounge area is dominated by an original 1975 brick and limestone hand-built fireplace which has been lovingly restored to its original glory. This area is finished to perfection with an array of bespoke linen sofas, designer silk cushions straight from the catwalks of Europe to you, custom armchairs and white reindeer hides. A perfect place to sit back and enjoy the ambience of the open fire. ATTUNGA KV HOMESTEAD KITCHEN Our kitchen area will leave you in a pink haze of delight with its custom-made professional grade oven, open kitchen plan and all the serving platters, cutlery, crockery, baking trays, glassware and PFOA saucepans you can desire. ATTUNGA KV HOMESTEAD DINING Our dining space wouldn't be complete without a stunning 14 seat hand carved from recycled driftwood dining table, woven high back dining chairs and a ladies sitting area for that special cup of tea and cake or a glass of wine to keep the chef in great company. ATTUNGA KV HOMESTEAD VERANDA Completely under cover and out of the elements you can enjoy this amazing space and the views it has to offer all day long. Furnished with a custom designed day bed, sitting chairs and a round breakfast table for those early morning coffees. ATTUNGA KV GARDEN "The Vine Dine" Our middle garden which connects the two dwellings is filled with fruit trees, vines, roses, wildflowers, and a vast array of natural greenery. "The Vine Dine" is an amazing structure under the cover of the wild rose bushes, vines, palms and wild flowers set up with an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs for those perfect outdoor feasts. ATTUNGA KV HOMESTEAD BATHROOMS The main residence has two completely renovated bathrooms with the main bathroom consisting of a deep claw bath, free standing shower, toilet and sink vanity. The second bathroom is a smaller size with a freestanding shower, toilet and single vanity. SECOND DWELLING The Outhouse ATTUNGA KV OUTHOUSE BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Single bunk bed sleep 2 Bedroom 2: Single bunk bed sleep 2 Main lounge area: 2 x Single bunk beds sleep 4, separated by hand carved wooden privacy screens from the main lounge area. Our second dwelling consists of two bedrooms and a vast lounge area, constructed out of recycled timber beams, double French Doors and rustic original concrete flooring (really to beautiful to cover over with floorboards). Styled with oversized sofas, chairs and lounges, this space lends itself to cosy movie watching, book reading or as a children's retreat area. ATTUNGA KV OUTHOUSE BATHROOM This has to be seen to be believed.... needless to say it will have the Charlie & co design flair! Graced with a lady’s powder room lounge area, styled with an array of soft velvet chairs and side tables. Complete with a free-standing shower, floating bathtub, toilet and double sink vanity. ATTUNGA KV BARN What can we say? Please come and enjoy!!!! Complete with a spit roast, traditional Aussie BBQ and an outdoor wood fired pizza oven can you ask for more.... A rustic "boys" mini bar, dining table and chairs to accommodate 18 of your guests, a lounge area, outdoor heating for the cooler months and the magical ambiance of the great Australian outdoors. ATTUNGA K.V POOL AREA Spanish Inspired Designer Pool Area at Attunga KV is sure to relax the senses. Complete with Vista Mountain views in every direction, 14 sun lounges for soaking up the sun rays, 4 seat breakfast table, 2 x Hampton style lounge chairs, 6 x resort sun umbrellas and an array of designer garden plants. Pool Size is 4 metres x 12 metres and is fresh water. ATTUNGA K.V. OUTDOOR FIRE PIT Perched on the edge of the rolling hillside, views in every direction, hand crafted by our local Bowral artisan out of decommissioned Australian Railway Base Plates. Simply are no words to describe this space at night.... Our guests have access to the full property, 150 acres of rainforest, mountains, paddocks and cliffs. Our guests are greeted upon arrival by our property manager who is available at all times if needed.
